Must be Homeless veterans or homeless veteran with family. Veteran status will be confirmed by VA.

Call for an appointment. Referrals accepted from 2-1-1, Veterans Administration (VA), or other agencies.
Documents Required
DD-214 and ID if available, but can help start eligibility determination without them. If need help getting those documents assistance is available.
