Eligibility
There are three ways to qualify for an ability-to-pay reduction:1. If callers receive public benefits under: SSI, SSP, CalWORKS, Tribal TANF, GR, GA, CAPI, IHSS, or Medi-Cal,OR2. If gross monthly household income (before deductions for taxes) is less than the amount listed below: Family Size Family Income 1 $4,166.672 $4,762.503 $5,358.334 $5,950.005 $6,429.176 $6,904.177 $7,379.178 $7,854.17OR3. If monthly disposable income does not exceed $400.00.
