Program Info
Eligibility
Must be individual with developmental disabilities (ex: cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism or conditions similar to intelectual disabilities). Services available starting at birth to adulthood.
Fees
No fee to be assessed and become a client. Fees vary for voluntary placement of minors and in certain instances fees for supports and services.
