Program Info
Eligibility
Applicants must be 18 or older and have a mobility disability. Applicants age 18-69 with a mobility disability must be registered with East Bay Paratransit before submitting a registration form. Applicants age 70 or older can submit a registration form without the requirement of being registered with East Bay Paratransit.
