Adults over the age of 22, a resident of Alameda County, a client of the Regional Center of the East Bay, (Regional Center of East Bay, La Familia, or Asian Community Mental Health Services) and primary diagnosis of an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability (program entrance criteria available).
