Must be:-Be 18 years of age or older-To qualify as a home seeker, must currently live, work, or study in the Home Match county/counties. -Home providers must be in Alameda (Cities of Berkeley, Oakland, parts of Hayward and Tri-Cities only- adding new areas, call for latest information.-Pass a criminal and tenant history background check and provide references.
