Offers affordable services that allow clients to remain at home rather than moving to a facility. Works with clients to formulate a care plan that incorporates their needs, wishes, and schedule. Services provided include: Companion Care to preserve mental health and social wellbeing Personal Care to maintain activities of daily living, such as dressing and groomingSenior Transportation to safely provide rides for seniors to and from appointments or activities Technology support to help keep seniors in touch with family and friendsRespite care to provide temporary relief for family and other primary caregivers Specialized care services, including Alzheimer's and dementia care, 24-hour care, and post-hospital careServices are available for a few hours or a day or even 24 hours a day. Please note: Offers services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and Disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.
