Jazmyn Brown is 211 Alameda County’s Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than 17 years of nonprofit leadership experience in equity-driven programs, trauma-informed services, and community engagement. She is a Bay Area native with deep ties to Alameda County, and her lived experience shapes her compassionate, community-centered leadership.
Before joining 211 Alameda County, Jazmyn served as Chief Operating Officer at San Francisco SafeHouse and founded Operation Give Back, an initiative that supports mission-driven organizations with training and strategy. As CEO, she leads the organization’s strategy, partnerships, and 211 services to ensure every Alameda County resident can access the resources they need.
