Description
Provide emergency preparedness support and safety plans for customers during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS). The 2-1-1 California Network has partnered with Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) and Southern California Edison (SCE). Connects customers to local community-based organizations who provide assistance with: transportation and shelter needs portable backup power home meal delivery food replacement bill assistance programs support for those who may have physical, intellectual, or developmental disabilitiesA 211 PSPS Care Coordination Safety Plan appointment can be scheduled here or on our website.Please note: Offers services during Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) and Disasters. Services are available if power is turned off in this facility.

- Must be Alameda County resident who receive services from PG&E. Clients must:-not feel prepared for a power outage that could last anywhere between 4 hours and 3 days-identify with one or more AFN Categories -be electricity dependent individuals in household-like to be contacted By 211 Care Coordinator-live in a high fire district
