Eligibility
Adolescents, age 12-17 meeting the criteria specified in the DSM-V (Diagnostic Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders) when presenting with symptoms of a major psychiatric illness. Must be resident of Alameda County who have limited or no insurance, or are referred by Kaiser.

How to Apply
Call for intake. Accept referrals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most patients are identified in the community by schools or emergency services providers. Willow Rock's Crisis Stabilization Unit accepts walk-ins.
