Eligibility
Open to all for library access. For tool lending program open to Oakland, Emeryville, and Piedmont residents and property owners.
Fees
Late fees for tools are $1-$5 per day, depending on the value of the tool. Computer printing, $.15 per copy; Photocopying, $.15 per page
