Program Info
Eligibility
Must be a veteran or veteran with their immediate families living in the household (all must be on the rental lease) Income must be at or below 50% of Area Median Income limits as set by HUD. Must meet HUD's definition of Literally Homeless to be eligible for the SSVF. Veteran must have an other than Dishonorable Discharge.

How to Apply
Visit during program hours. Veterans are the only individuals who can apply.
Documents Required
DD-214 Form, ID or license, Social Security Card, and Proof of income
