Eligibility
Adults over the age of 18, a resident of Alameda County, a client of the Regional Center of the East Bay, and primary diagnosis of an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (program entrance criteria available).

Call to apply when referred by case manager from RCEB (Regional Center of East Bay, La Familia, or Asian Community Mental Health Services). Must complete application and screening process.
