Eligibility
Must be 18 and older affiliated with Fremont, Newark or Union City. RV's not allowed. Unauthorized vehicles risk impoundment as host sites are private property. Vehicle must be operational and owner occupied. Participant must have a valid California license. No 290 sex offender registration. No children allowed.

Documents Required
Proof of previous housing, enrollment in school, employment, family ties, or physical or mental health service provider is located in the Tri-City area. Current vehicle registration and insurance - within 45 days of entering into the program.
