Eligibility
Open to Oakland residents with extremely low incomes who are at imminent risk oflosing their housing due to financial and/or legal hardship. Household Size for low income: One Person $73,100. Two Person $83,500. Three Person $94,000 . Four Person $104,000. Five Person $112,800. Six Person $121,150. Seven Person $129,500. Eight Person $137,850Households with an unlawful detainer or 3 day notice must contact the Eviction Defense Center.

How to Apply
Visit the website for individual non profit. If caller has received a 3 day notice or Unlawful Detainer they need to contact the Eviction Defense Center. All Keep People Housed agencies work together to review and address each unique situation. Once an application is submitted, each household is treatedas a single entry across the coordinated KOH system. Numerous duplicateapplications will not help.
