Eligibility
Low-income homeowners in cities of Albany, Dublin, Emeryville, Oakland, Newark, Union City, and the unincorporated areas of Ashland, Cherryland, Castro Valley, Hayward Acres, Hillcrest Knolls, Fairview, San Lorenzo, and Sunol who are 62 years or older or have a disability
Fees
No fee. No-cost grants are offered as well as project management services.
