Must be young adult ages 18-24 who are:-experiencing a mental health crisis-are not connected to services-not getting the support they need-homeless or at risk of homelessnessHEAT helps people (ages 18+) who are experiencing homelessness and have severe and persistent mental illness, who are not getting the support they need.LIFT helps justice-involved individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis, who are not getting the support they need, and who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.Referrals for Circa60 go through Alameda County Behavioral Health ACCESS
