Open to individuals and families in the household must live, work, or attend school in the City of Alameda.

How to Apply
Visit website for information on eligibility and registration. Registration will take place during the client's first visit.
Documents Required
Picture ID and a piece of recent mail (last 30 days) with your address on it for the head of the household. Each additional adult in the household will need a piece of recent mail with their name on it as well. For each minor please bring a piece of official documentation (social security card, birth certificate, school ID, report card, medical card, etc.)
