Eligibility
Must:Be 14 to 21 years old. Have "C" or better grade point average.Have no history of arrests, running away, poor school attendance, etc. Demonstrate level of responsibility and maturity.Participate in a minimum of six (6) hours per month.Be a resident of Piedmont.
