Program Info
Eligibility
Age 21 or over, have cerebral palsy or developmental disability, meet program criteria, not harmful to self or others. High school students age 18 or over when enrolled in a transitional public school contract with the Center.
Fees
Call for fee information. Most participant fees paid through a Purchase of Service agreement with the Regional Center.
How to Apply
Call for an appointment. Appointment necessary for application. Referrals accepted through the Regional Center.
