Eligibility
Must have the need of a safe parking space to sleep overnight.Must have a running vehicle. Does not accept any motorcycles, RV's, or motorhomes.The location of program varies with host availability. Once registered, locations and nights of operation will be shared.Vehicle must be owned by person registering for program.

How to Apply
Call for appointment. Will be given a Placard to be posted visibly in windshield area. You must call Jesus Garcia at 510-675-5482 or Elaine Winnigton 510-675-5406 to make an appointment. Must Register with the program in order to participate. Vehicle must be owned by person registering for program.
Documents Required
Need make, model, license plate number, and color of vehicle in order to register.
