Children: 18 months to 5 years;Must be low-income families on Centralized Eligibility List (CEL)Children referred by Child Protective Services.
Fees
Sliding scale, based on income, family size, number of children in program. Director's determination made during application process.
How to Apply
Visit during program hours, or mail in application.Families will be registered through the Director or BANANAS program, with Centralized Eligibility List (CEL), although CPS-referrals will take priority over CEL listings.Enrolled families receive priority if they have a newborn.
