Eligibility
Must meet income requirement.Moderate income is defined as an annual income of 120% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Alameda County. Low income is defined as an annual income of 80% or less of AMI. Income limits are adjusted for household size. Must be a first-time homebuyer. Buyers must contribute at least 3% of the purchase price from their own funds.
