Eligibility
Open to Alameda County residents who have: Low Income Children (birth to 19 years old) who are uninsured, who are eligible for their enrolled in CHDP/Medi-Cal, or who are American Indian/ Alaskan native. Low Income adults who have no health insurance or whose insurance does not cover immunizations.
