FLEX Shuttle
Description
Provides a fixed route service that consists of a series of shuttle stops at popular locations throughout the City of San Leandro. Offers unlimited rides to FLEX Members. There are two shuttle buses: North Route and South Route. Each route runs separately around the North and South sections of San Leandro.

Program information
- Eligibility
- Must be San Leandro resident. Shuttle Bus service: 50 years old or older, or 18 years old and East Bay Paratransit certified
- Program Fee
- $4 for each ride. FLEX On Demand covers the remaining ride cost up to $20. Any charge in excess of $20 is paid by the client (i.e. if ride total = $24, the cost to client is $8). This is one way. Flex Shuttle for clients 50 and old or Paratransit certified is free.
- Application Process
- For application, call or visit Senior Community Center. Mail in, or drop off the online application.
- Documents Required
- Identification card copy that shows proof of age and residency, and if applicable, copy of East Bay Paratransit card.
